On August 18, 2017, “Tech for Peace” project promotional activity was held at United International University, Dhanmondi campus. The program started at 9.30 am and closing was at 4.00 PM. There was a stall for Preneur Lab- “Tech for Peace project” with many leading companies. The “Tech for Peace” team members were present there to talked about more details of Tech for Peace digital challenge and provided leaflets and stickers to encourage students. Students got the chance to join this program and discussed about project in brief. Mr. Mustafa Jabbar, president of BASIS, have visited the stalls. There was a seminar held in the evening. Mr. Ahmad Nawaz, Country Lead of Mobile Apps (South Asia Frontier), Google deliberated his great insights of digital sector all over the world. Later, he visited project “Tech for Peace” stall and shared his viewpoint about the project. Students showed their immense interest to join the bootcamp and hack day program of Tech for Peace” digital challenge.
